I love that you forget arms too Shirley!!!Thanks Amie :]Cameron I touhght the same thing as you about the clothed figure, until I drew them. Clothing hides the keys to the gesture of the figure, where the weight sits, the juxtaposition of the shoulders to he hips etc. Now I can draw the clothed figure much more convincingly thanks to my years of life drawing. Perhaps there is more to suspect in life drawing as a collectable artform than in the practise itself? Mind you, it is hard to beat a beautiful life drawing as something to look at daily on your wall!
